Rotomic Solutions ("Rotomic", "we") designs and builds AI systems for businesses across the Middle East and North Africa. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, when you contact us, and when we work with your data as a client.
What this website collects
This website has no forms and no accounts. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you. They record the page viewed, the site you came from, and your country, browser, and device type, in aggregate only.
If you switch languages, one cookie remembers your choice of English or Arabic. It holds nothing else.
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.
When you email us or book a call
If you email us, we receive your address and what you write. If you book a call, the booking page asks for your name, your email address, and any details you choose to add. Email and bookings run on Google Workspace.
We use this information only to reply to you, hold the call, and prepare the audit report. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
We keep correspondence while the conversation or a resulting contract needs it. We delete it when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it, for example on invoices.
Your data in our client projects
When we build a system for you, we process your business data only on your instructions and only for that project. Every contract includes a data processing agreement that sets out what we handle, where it is stored, how long it is kept, and how any breach is reported.
Your data is never used to train any AI model. We only use AI providers whose business terms do not allow training on customer data.
Health and financial records get stricter handling. Personal details are kept out of AI logs and deleted on a fixed schedule.
The law we follow
We follow the data protection law that applies to you and your customers. This includes Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within the time your country's law sets.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
